Questions people actually ask
Is this a real street address or a PO box?
A real street address in a real building. Every location is somewhere we hold a contract, with a named person on site who handles the post. You can print it on invoices, your website and business cards.
Can I register my company at this address?
No. This is a correspondence address only. Company registration needs a registered office, which is a separate and separately licensed service. If that is what you need, tell us and we will introduce you to the right team rather than sell you the wrong product.
Will a bank accept it?
Assume not. Banks and payment providers run their own checks on virtual addresses, and most will reject one during onboarding. Use your own residential or trading address for anything involving identity verification.
Who opens my mail?
Nobody, unless you ask. We photograph the address side of the envelope so you can see who sent it. The item is only opened and scanned when you press the button.
How quickly does mail appear in my account?
The envelope photo goes up the same working day it is delivered. Scans of the contents follow within one working day of you requesting them.
Can you forward parcels?
Yes, at most locations. You pay a handling fee plus postage at cost, and the tracking number comes back to your account. Very large or restricted items are the exception, and we will tell you before charging anything.
What happens if I cancel?
Your box stays open until the end of the period you have paid for. We will forward or shred anything still held, on your instruction, before we close it. Nothing gets thrown away without you being told first.
Do I have to prove who I am?
Yes. Before your address goes live we verify your identity and, in most countries, an address of your own. This is what keeps the location usable for everybody on it.
